(More customer reviews)I purchased this at a store. I thought I was getting a 7 qt. slow cooker. When I measured the stoneware only holds 6 qt. I called Crock-pot customer service and was told that they measure the cooker and the stoneware holds less. Have used it a few times already and though it cooks great and went to the warm setting as advertised. I still feel that I didn't get what I paid for.
