(More customer reviews)purchased this book to provide as a prize for a school fundraiser. I have NOT used any of the recipes in the book. However, I have browsed through the book and the pictures are wonderful. The recipes appear to be simple and presented well. They are easy to read, and best of all, the book lies flat on the counter....which is very important while working in the kitchen.
