(More customer reviews)I have been wanting one of these roasters for a while and decided to go with Nesco because everyone I know uses this kind. I used it a few days ago to roast a 15 lb turkey (with plenty of room left over!). I followed the recipe that came with the roaster and it came out perfect. 2 cons: it takes up a lot of room when stored and it can be difficult to clean. I soaked the pan in hot soapy water for about 20 minutes and I still had to use a lot of elbow grease. Oh well, it was worth it to keep my kitchen cool! It is also a nice looking roaster, love the color.
