(More customer reviews)As for the time it took to get to me, it came quickly. I have bought many items from Amazon in the past and have never had any negative thoughts until now. The cooker base was all scratched up inside of it and the ceramic bowl does not fit right and it wobbles and it should not. I was very disappointed in this product.
