(More customer reviews)I have had 2 of these, because I loved it so much when the coating began to chip I thought it was just me. I was extremely careful not to use any metal serving items with it, but it still chipped. So I took it back to Wal Mart and they were very good about exchanging it for me! I took the new one home, and followed the directions to a "T" before the first use. Sadly within a couple of uses the replacement began to chip. IF GE can get this product so that it does not chip, then they have a winner. I absolutely loved the crock pot. It is extremely light, the lid has a locking feature for transportation and the cord is hidden when transporting. I am almost tempted to go and get another and try just using the liners with it. I really did love this crock pot...Everything I cooked came out perfectly, the pot has so many plusses its almost sad the liner does not hold up.
