(More customer reviews)I used this for the first time at an open house where the food needed to stay warm and eatable for 4 hours. Worked very well. Food did not stick to the pans or dry out and get "crusty" (mac & cheese, baked beans, potato dish). Very easy clean-up. I would definitely recommend it.
