We used it for the first time on Thanksgiving and it solved the problem for us. It is easy to use, has more than enough room, is easy to clean and it works!In fact, it works so well, I have been using it instead of the oven--not just as an overflow appliance. I noticed on Amazon.com that it got higher reviews than some costlier alternatives I might have bought and am more than satisfied with this roaster.
