(More customer reviews)This crock pot works very well and is easy to use. My only complaint is that after about 1 year of use, the handle fell apart. On the Crock pot web site, no replacement lids were available for purchase.
The last round crock pot I owned lasted 18 years! It just seems a bit wasteful to throw this one away.
